Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
ORDERING
When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.

Your parcel will be dispatched from our UK warehouse within 2 working days of placing your order. We try to dispatch all orders placed before 14:00GMT on the same working day.

RETURNS POLICY
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however if you change your mind for whatever reason we will happily exchange your item or refund your purchase, excluding shipping costs.
London Attitude offer 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them.
How to return your order via Post
- Fill in the returns form included in with your order and ensure you return it with your unwanted goods
- Return the item(s) to the address on the returns form.
- Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse via a tracked service.
- Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags.

What we'll do once we've received your return
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse we'll begin to process it as soon as possible.
- We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account. You will also get a refund confirmation email.
FURTHER INFORMATION
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, London Attitude do not offer free returns.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.
- Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund.
- Unfortunately, we're no longer accepting exchanges. You'll now need to place a new order if your chosen size doesn't quite fit right.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.
